The world of swag is changing. We have a duty to prevent landfill waste and instead deliver genuine, memorable experiences for your recipients that will last a lifetime. By listening to our customers, we discovered that Branded Merch shouldn’t just leave an indelible mark on their organization but make the world a better place. We’re dedicated to sourcing products that create a big impact from improving local communities by partnering with women-owned and minority-owned businesses, to products that put the planet first.

These mission-minded products contribute to your CSR goals but more importantly, they help save the environment through impactful missions including 1% for the Planet and Plant One Tree.

Fostering Opportunity

Alongside our environmental responsibility, we take pride in helping our local community flourish. Since its foundation in 2017, our Do Good Team has provided over 100 jobs for those who have experienced foster care. Beyond employment, we know there are other pillars of support that are integral if we’re to achieve long-term stability for those in our Do Good Team. It’s why we provide free transportation to work, trauma-informed training, and one-on-one mentoring so we can ensure everybody has the opportunity for success. 

Every kitting project is packed by the Do Good Team. Which means you’re directly responsible for helping us transform lives.

Who we are

We love creating kit experiences for our clients! Not only does this allow us to get creative with our approaches, but it also creates the most amount of jobs for young adults who’ve experienced foster care.

47% of those who grew up in the foster care system are unemployed. We had to change that. Former foster youth continue to make up at least one out of three new hires as we continue to provide hope to this underserved demographic.

We provide structure to end the years of instability faced by former foster youth. With leadership training, kitting experience, and teamwork opportunities, our Do Good Team develops skills to fulfill their career aspirations at DGW or beyond.


Years of instability and trauma mean foster youth often lack the fundamental necessities to succeed. Through trauma training, one-on-one mentoring, and personal support, we can provide the foundation for life changing outcomes.

B Corp Certified

We don’t like to just talk about our environmental efforts, or merely speak about the injustices facing those in foster care, we want to take action. This is why we became B Corp certified in 2020. It allowed our customers to trust us, that we really do what we say we care about. Our B Corp certification proves that we uphold the very highest standards in the four critical pillars of a business: transparency, environmental responsibility, community programs, and worker’s rights. But we want to do even more. Our aim isn’t just to meet the standards set by B Labs’ tests but to surpass these expectations to prove that we place purpose before profit and that doing good really does work.
